Belle Muse OnlyFans Audit Agreement

This Audit Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

Party A: Vertex Marketing Group Ltd., trading as Belle Muse, represented by Sonny Selhorst, Managing Director.

Party B: The creator, , operating as an OnlyFans content creator.

By signing this agreement, both parties agree to the terms outlined below regarding access to Party B’s OnlyFans account for audit purposes.

Terms of Agreement

I. Purpose of Access:

Party B grants Party A access to their OnlyFans account for the sole purpose of conducting a detailed audit. This audit will analyze account performance, engagement, and revenue opportunities to provide Party B with a tailored growth strategy and offer.

II. Limited Scope:

Party A will not alter, delete, or share any content or data from Party B’s account. Access is strictly for review and analysis purposes only.

III. Confidentiality:

Party A agrees to treat all information accessed during the audit as strictly confidential. No data will be shared with third parties or used beyond the purposes outlined in this Agreement.

IV. Duration of Access:

Party A’s access will remain valid only for the duration necessary to complete the audit. Access will be revoked or deleted immediately upon audit completion.

V. Liability:

Party A will not be held responsible for any technical issues, platform violations, or other incidents beyond its control that may occur during or after the audit process.

VI. Consent:

By signing this Agreement, Party B voluntarily authorizes Party A to log into their OnlyFans account for the purpose specified above and understands the terms outlined herein.
